Getting Started with the App

What can I do from the homepage?
From the homepage, you can quickly check your balance, see your recent transactions, manage your card, and access key features like spending limits and currency exchange.

Managing Your Card

How do I turn my card ON or OFF?
You can instantly freeze or unfreeze your card by tapping the switch on the homepage. This is useful if your card is lost, stolen, or simply not in use.

Where can I see my card details?

Tap on your card on the homepage to securely view your card number, expiration date, and CVV. You may need to confirm your identity for security.

Can I view spending limits on my card?
You can view the existing spending limits for each of your currency wallets. Just tap on the currency wallets flag in the section to see the current limits that apply.

How can I view recent transactions?
Your most recent transactions appear on the homepage. For a full history, you can access the “Transactions” section via the bottom menu.

How can I view transactions in a specific currency?
In the “Transactions” tab, use the filter at the top to sort your transactions by currency, date, or amount for easier tracking.

How can I view transactions in a specific currency wallet?
Tap the currency flag at the top of the Transactions page to filter transactions by wallet. This helps you keep track of spending in each currency.

Can I sort my transactions by date?
Yes. Use the date filter option to view your transactions on specific dates range. This makes it easy to review targeted transactions.

Can I exchange money in the app?
Yes. Go to the “Exchange” section to convert between supported currencies, at competitive rates. You’ll see the current rate before confirming the exchange.

Settings & Online Purchases

How can I manage my phone number?
You can add, edit, or delete your phone number directly in the Settings. A valid phone number is required to receive SMS codes for online purchases and 3D-Security.

What is the online purchase toggle?
The “Online Shopping” toggle lets you enable or disable your card for online transactions. For security reasons, this feature requires 3D-Secure verification via SMS.
👉 Important: You must add a valid mobile phone number in your settings before you can activate this toggle.

Where can I find my activity history or notifications?
In the Settings section, go to “Notifications” History” to see all alerts related to your account, such as successfull transactions, failed transactions, and other security messages.
